I cancelled an order on the morning of March 1 few days after they issued the quote and before technicians were scheduled to come and measure my windows. I realized I was not going to be able to reach to manually lower the shades I had ordered ( top down / bottom up) and Blinds to Go does not offer the type of shades I need (top down / bottom up MOTORIZED) They were not responsive, and then pretended to issue a refund after I left a bad review on fb. Oh boy. After reading the comments left by other customers I’m really hoping Blinds to Go replaces the 4 Roman shades just installed. Sewn sloppily, hem’s uneven, valance uneven and shades too long on of the 2 windows. Really shoddy work. Purchase was pleasant, install good. But ….. now I’m waiting for call back from designer.

The blinds arrived today and the installer Robert was great! He was very knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up when he finished. 3 of the blinds were too big and will need to be replaced. I just emailed the salesman Nick and I am sure he will take care of it. I am rating the company at a four until this issue is resolved.

Terrible customer service. Went to manager after shade did not cover window and was told that nothing could be done. We listened to them and they advised to change our measurements and after they did not cover the window, too bad for us. Manager not helpful, but would call corporate and then call me. After a month, still waiting for his call. It will be your fault if you buy from this company

Worst experience EVER with a company. Initial appt. with my designer went fine. Ordered blinds to be delivered and installed in a few weeks. Fast forward two weeks..blinds were installed off center, 3 for my sunroom doors were cut too narrow, 5 were missing was told they were on back order. I found out almost a month later that they were never ordered. 4 were the wrong color, a color I never approved or even wanted. I was promised an upgrade or refund. Our design consultant Natasha Brutus Blinds To Go Design Consultant 170 BROCKPORT DRIVE,TORONTO,ON,M9W 5C8 was pleasant to deal with. We had to contact her several times as we never heard from anyone to measure the windows. We are now advised the blinds are ready for installation but we have to pay the balance of our order before we can schedule. This is so out of line with any other business we have ever dealt with. Our consultant just thanked us for our order and was quick to mention we should contact her if we have any issues. So I did she said to bad hers a 1-800 number for customer service. Terrible service never believe a word.

Absolutely no communication after you place your order. My order was due to be completed 4/26/22. Finally had to call local store to find out it was still on backorder till end of May. I placed order 3/11/22. Only options I had was to change color or cancel order. I chose to change color and told them I needed installed no later than 5/11/22. It would have been nice if someone contacted me weeks ago to give me this option but NO it is up to customer to keep track of everything. My advise is don't believe a word they say

Buyer beware! The worst company and products I've literally every been a customer to. It's almost not believable. This is a true, accurate, logical review. I bought roller blinds for my home a few years ago. Since then I have had to physically myself take them in for repairs approximately 10 times. They have broken that many times. This is a real number. Finally after years of this I asked for a new replacement instead of a repair which they did. Blind to Go puts their convenience as their first priority. Customer service and satisfaction are last. The installation of the blinds I ordered has been postponed twice. Until now, the blinds are not installed yet. IT has been about a month. The blinds are fully paid. When I call the Blinds to Go store I ordered from, nobody picks up the phone. When an employee picks the call, I consider it a lucky day (very rare).

I am satisfied with my purchase; however, not the installation process, nor the customer care provided by the design consultant. The biggest complaint I have with Blinds To Go is the customer service of the design consultant. The first installment appointment was never installed into the appointment computer. Worst experience ever. The sales person at the Kirkwood Highway was very nice to work with, however the manger needs to brush up on customer service. We paid an extra $200 + for measurements and they had to come out 5 times becasue the measurements were off or the wrong track was provided. Every time I called the manager, she would say "I will take care of it personally and call you back," never heard from her once. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! The cascade blinds are absolutely beautiful and so are the shutters. They add so much beauty to my home which was completely remodeled after a devastating fire, and I have received countless compliments. The sticker price (cost) was a shocker initially but the results prove it was well worth the investment. I was also pleased with the customer service provided by Regine at the Colombia, MD store. She responded to my concerns and selection changes, (which were numerous) professionally and efficiently .throughout the process. The installer's explanation regarding operating the remote was a bit hurried but I figured it out! Would highly recommend!

This is now my 4th review. I FINALLY got my blinds after they sat in the shop for a month all to the tune of over $10,000 which didn’t include my measuring costs for all my windows. No matter what they say, the color in my upstairs belongs downstairs and the downstairs aren’t even a color I ordered. All go behind expensive drapery and though I actually brought the two different drapes to the store to match them with Andres, and sent them pictures for the second time, they just emailed me back “too bad”. My experience so far is far has been very negative. At first the saleswoman was very good. Then came the technician to take measurements. I was taken back by this man : a) by his mannerisms which were far from professional. b)Taking measurements I could see that the tape wasn't even straight. He talked a lot but was saying nothing. One of my Blinds to Go living room blinds is already broken after approximately 2 years. I cannot get through on the Eatontown, New Jersey telephone. The blind has a lifetime guarantee. Now the blind has to be taken down, and brought into the store for repair. They will not send out a repair person to my home. I doubt if this blind will even fit in my car. The previous blind lasted for years without problem.

Buyer beware. I had a terrible experience with Blinds to Go. I ordered and paid in full in November 2020. After several mishaps with ordering, availability and a sales rep that claimed my phone “didn’t work,” I was told I’d have the blind in “3 weeks.” (Which would have been 3rd week of December). When I followed up again, the date moved to March. Fast forward and they finally installed it on March 23, 2021 and it’s a piece of crap. Close to $800 and it looks like something from a Dollar Store. The quality is bad, the components are cheap - everything about it is subpar. I ordered a blind for my window on January 11, 2021. I was told the blind will be ready by the end of January or the second week of February. Up to date we are almost to the end of February and still waiting for the blind. Every time I call to find out the status of my order, they give a different date for the blind will be ready. The last date was 3/18/2021. So far, four weeks waiting, and still no sign of the blind.

Absolutely terrible experience with Blinds to Go. I would rate them in the negative so I do not know where their 4.4 comes from. They installed my blinds a year ago and they still are not fully installed nor do they work. I have had blinds out for service since August 2020. They schedule appointments, then do not show. They tell me they will follow up and give them a day or two but you never hear from them again. When I private message them they do not respond. I have pictures of everything. Very disappointed. I ordered 5 rolling blinds (3 regular and 2 blackout) in a store. The next day came to the store and change my order to all 5 regulars, get the new order printed out. After installation man took measurements, I got a call from store to confirm new measurements, it was a bit different that estimated so the price changed a bit. Blinds to Go knows my issues already. 1) First install date-no show-no call. Waited all day. 2) Blinds weren't actually ready. I was not notified. 3) Second install date-parts were incomplete. No hinge pins or rail magnets. 4) Missing parts shipped within 2 days to installer. 5) They would not prioritize my install. Had to wait over two weeks more to reschedule. 6) Trouble at actual install. Either a wrong measurement to start or manufacture error. The frames extend beyond the window trim. WARNING - I had a terrible experience with Blinds to Go. I ordered a simple vertical blind for my living room, and it was manufactured incorrectly TWICE--completely the fault of the sales person on their 800 # and the guy they sent to do the measuring. Each time, there was a delay in the delivery only to get the wrong blind again. I spent HOURS on the phone, complaining and waiting for satisfaction.
