Do not use this company. Read the fine print. If you find their service doesn't work for your company, you're still stuck. Paid $1,600 to terminate their service (which I didn't use) and they're still trying to charge me a monthly fee. This is a business that is shameless.
Signing up with Avaya was the biggest mistake I have made in a long time. You here about all the software, integrations and see the amazing advertising team kicking but. What you don't know is that Avaya is very unorganized. Do NOT use their lease agreement. The company they use will rip you off every chance they get.
Times out and logs me out at least 3 times per shift
We have over 300,000 loans in our queue and Avaya has broken down so 6,000 loan officers are unable to contact the applicants. Avaya is actually going to raise the US unemployment rate.
The new phone system we got does not allow you to do somethings without being hooked up to a computer. Makes no sense it a phone system not a computer. The 1400 series do not even display the numbers you are
putting in the phone. Example to pay your taxes, you are on it, pressing the dollar amounts, the display just sits
there showing I am connected to and the phone number what good is that, no display?
Ive had avaya for many years, Thankfully never having to bother them. Now out of business with 2 yrs left on the contract They are heartless, requiring 4,900.00 to buy out the contract. I offered to return there equipment, They want there money. Be aware when signing with them.
