I am thinking Cover insurance is a scam. Been trying now for 3 days to reach them to get an LOE but even though I sit on hold for hours or I request a call back I never hear from them.
Cover was my insurance 2022, had a claim that was processed 2022. Now the other person's insurance is claiming Cover didn't pay medical charges for the claim. I have reached out to Cover insurance for the past 3 months and no you will call me back to see why the medical payments for the other driver was not paid. The other driver is trying to get me to pay over $8000 for medical bills. I have emailed and called and I'm not getting any return calls. I would never recommend a company that you pay your full coverage and get no answers on why something was not paid or get an answer.
Shit service, they do not answer calls, text and emails. They tried to bill me for road side assistance when i clearly have it on my plan. Crap service. No wonder they are going out of business.
I cancelled my policy and I am still being billed. Who can i contact, their support has not even answered my emails or texts.
We canceled ins in august and you continued to to bill our card for thee months and still going ... your contact person has been rude and is a liar ... we have his email acknowledging the august cancellation which we have sent to our cc company ... we have had other problems with your company and are filing a complaint with the Texas Board of Ins. ... and if this isn't resolved we are hiring an attorney
