I use it, the discount seems to be 10% reduction on low end fees. not bad. Two friends who referred me have averaged 15-17% savings on major expensive services. True, no exageration!

I used this card with excellent results when my dentist honored the plan. When I later tried to cancel my membership I was listening to a recording for 1 hour 37 minutes before being disconnected with a dial tone. I phoned a different number, spoke to Debbie (very helpful), and she could not get through to the customer service line either. I asked her to take my information and cancel for me. Debbie phoned back saying they would not let her cancel for me even though she had full information. Debbie tried to send me an email form to cancel but I never got it. I logged in to their website but NO PLACE was I allowed to cancel. By the way, the website kept logging me out 3 times (in 3 minutes... Read More

You print your card from the confirmation email and go to the dentist the next day; even on a weekend. I strongly recommend that you call the dental provider first as the websites are only updated periodically and a dentist can drop at any time. The DentalPlans.com site is especially bad. They displayed that none of my current providers were listed anymore - but when I called; they all confirmed that they were still with the program. Made me wonder if DentalPlans wasn't trying to steer business to other dentists? The only thing I liked about their... Read More

Beware of Aetna Vital Savings Plan. My local dentist was on the list so I assigned up on the website. The dentist refused the card. Turned out that the Aetna list was incorrect. The dentist was OK with Aetna insurance but not with the savings plan. Aetna refunded my payment but burned me for the $15 sign up fee even though the incorrect list was their fault.
