Don't waste your time - information gathering and then at the end..... Sorry we can't Insure you. Wasted 30 minutes gathering all information and completing the process
Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience. I came to Breeze with high hopes for a win-win scenario regarding insurance. I experienced an online *instant denial* after inputting a significant amount of personal health and financial information. I'm older, and I simply wanted a small disability policy in case of an unforeseen disaster. Their online questions generally do not allow for elaboration. Their luring online claim of not requiring a medical exam is untrue in various instances. In my view, this company suffers from lack of transparency. Be forewarned, especially if you're concerned about giving them personal information, only to be rejected without any apparent recourse.
So far a horrible experience trying to use this company.
Nice just received a letter saying I have to re-sign tomorrow to get the rate that they should have provided.
The letter is dated June 9. Postage June 11. Due June 12th.
No one answers the phone.
The sign up process was a nightmare! Good luck actually talking to a person!
I cancelled my Credit card and filed a fraud charge against them.
Can we have a company that has representatives that we can get on the phone and that have at least a passable phone connection? This company debited my account for a premium payment before I even completed the application process - no signature on the application. To top it off, I've not been able to get in touch with them about basic questions about their policies - which they do not list on their site - and spent about 45 minutes today going around in circles with Assurity, their parent company, who seemed to have little knowledge of Breeze - like they'd barely heard of them. I wonder what happens when they are called about insurance claims from their customers?
