Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The flowers are so overpriced and the delivery has NEVER BEEN ON TIME. They do not care, customer service is not good. Received mothers day flowers almost 2 weeks late! All they would do is refund shipping. Ugh!

Sent flowers to a close family friend that lives out of state for Christmas. I paid and was charged $65.00. I received a delivery confirmation on 12/21/22. My credit card payment was processed. When I spoke to the family friend, I asked about the flowers and she never received them greater than a week later. I called and the representative said that it wasn't delivered due to high volume. I was never notified. They are a fraudulent company. In my book that is stealing. I would leave a zero rating but it is not an option

My boyfriend ordered a dozen roses, stuffed bear and a cookie to be delivered on my 50th birthday to my office. He ordered them a week in advance. They were not delivered until 2 days after my birthday. I contacted customer service a 7 times through out the day and was told they would be delivered by 800pm. I went back to my office and waited for an hour. At 800pm got a notification they would be delivered the next day. Nothing was delivered and I contacted customer service again. Most reps are of a foreign descent and barley speak English. When the flowered were delivered 2 days later they were in awful shape. Ordered flowers for my mom on April 16th for Mothers day (May 8th) and the flowers were never delivered. I received an email on the anticipated delivery date (May 4th) that the delivery would be late but she never received the flowers.

Would zero if i could. Place a order told it was delivered. It was not. Told it would be sent day. It was not. Told they would use different florist and call and apoligize. They did not. All 3x i had to reach out to this family to see if the flowers were delivered and i by embarrassment they were not. Choose i local florist

Will absolutely NEVER order from them again! Ordered flowers on the 26th for my girlfriend to give her dying mother to be delivered on the 28th by 8 pm. Due to Covid, she's not been allowed to visit so I thought it might make her feel better if a piece of her was there since she couldn't be. The flowers never showed up. Had a confirmation email, was able to track the order, and still showed up in the system but they cancelled the order due to "suspected fraudulent email". What the hell is fraudulent email? Well at least the flowers arrived on the correct date, this time. The $150 arrangement looked nothing like the photo, with far fewer blooms and lots of greenery to fill in the gaps (there was no greenery in the advertisement.) The balloon didn't say Happy Birthday, it was a smiley face. 1800Flowers wouldn't tell me the name of florist due to "privacy." To add insult to injury, the Celebrations Passport is non refundable after you use it, even within the first 30 day trial period. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered 24 Rose bouquet for my Sister's Memorial. It Never came AND they fought me for 3 days thru my mourning, not to return my $150. I have ordered twice prior for family memorials. They ALWAYS want to exchange the exotic blooms that MAKE the arrangement! They substitute EACH TIME! I was crying each call. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I ordered a large birthday bouquet. When it was delivered it had one pink rose and one red rose and a few daisies. I contacted customer service and they said that since it had been delivered they felt that they fulfilled their obligation. I sent a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what was delivered. I have been a satisfied customer for several years but I will not order form them again.

Our office ordered flowers for a funeral, we told them it needed to be there by 2 pm. We went to the funeral home, no flowers. They did not arrive until nearly 7pm! Speaking to their customer service was like banging our head on a brick wall. They kept offering to deliver them to the persons home. well, they live alone and they are dead now. They wouldn't give us a credit or anything because "they got delivered". yeah five hours late! They needed to be there by 2pm. Somehow they could not get this. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY!!! hard enough dealing with a loss, but to have them just blatantly refuse to give any compensation for a flower arrangement going to the funeral... Read More

I was charged $150 for a beautiful bouquet. What arrived was a sloppy and embarassing mess. Not to mention the multiple calls wherein thwy requested information that had already been provided to them. When you have a loved one die you shouldn't have to re-supply the information that was already submitted on the order. Then face the embarassment of a sloppy bouquet that was mostely dead/wilted carnations instead of carnations, roses and lillies I ordered. 1 star is too good for them. Too bad I can't post pictures here to show the slop.
