Blooms Today is a nationwide floral delivery service that offer same day delivery of floral bouquets and arrangements. Other gift options include a wide variety of vases and gift baskets, all of which come accompanied by a short handwritten card. Blooms Today has been providing this service for more than 15 years, delivering gourmet treats, flowers, and plants with the help of local florists.

Features and Services

Blooms Today allows people to shop for flowers online, offering three arrangement options: Great, Greater, and Greatest. Standard flower arrangements are called “Great” while “Greater” contain more color and style options. “Greatest” arrangements include even more flowers and filler elements.

Blooms Today delivers flower arrangements that are as close as possible to the pictures displayed on their website. However, flower depends on seasonal conditions, and may be limited in some areas. Local florists can also help customers decide the size, shape, and overall color scheme of the floral arrangement.

Blooms Today offers flower and plant deliveries in over 150 countries worldwide, including Angola, Antigua, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahama Islands, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, and many more.

The company charges clients $1.99 for same-day delivery. For express services or deliveries within 4 hours this increases to $9.99. Delivery fees on Saturdays and Sundays cost $3.99. Blooms Today's standard services price is $18.99, with a $2.99 care and handling fee.

Do not use this company! My daughter is 19 and was making her first flower purchase for my birthday. She works a part time job and was super excited to use her own money to purchase me the “Large Sunset Blooms” arrangement. She paid extra to have them “guaranteed” delivery by 2 pm. She called me at 3 and they had not been delivered. She received an email at 5:07 they had been delivered and she FaceTimed me to see them. They had not arrived…..but finally were delivered by 5:30. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - RIPE OFF! Sister-in-law company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today "customer service" and they verified an order and said local florist said it was delivered but they could not tell me anything else or do anything because they have to speak to the sender. She said they would call the sender. I called back 1 week later and same story. I told them someone was supposed to reach out and she then said that usually they sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery. On Friday, I had to chat and call to ask for status updates. They canceled my order blaming the florists for not accepting their request. Now, I have no way to get flowers delivered last minute for Mother's Day for someone in Hospice. This company cares about no one.

I will never use this company again! The story is almost too crazy to believe. I ordered flowers days in advance to be delivered to my wife for her birthday. By the end of the day they had not yet arrived. I called customer service and they assured me they were en route. They still never arrived; I called customer service again but they were closed. The next day I called again and complained that the flowers never arrived. They refused to do anything more than deliver the flowers a day late AND they added a same day delivery fee to do this. RIDICULOUS!!!

These people have terrible services on EVERY level. FLOWERS that were ordered for an occasion were NEVER DELIVERED and numerous emails and calls took way too long for a reply. They have limited customer service hours and really do not care about providing positive customer ship. When I finally spoke to someone she said my flowers could be delivered in two days. THREE DAYS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED!! Interestingly, but not surprisingly, THEY CHARGED MY CARD IMMEDIATELY-THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NOTHING BUT STRESS AND EMBARRASSMENT AS THESE WERE SENT AS A GIFT. They are a ZERO!! Price: I bought a voucher on Groupon for Blooms Today for $20 a supposed ($40 value) with free shipping. I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal but that was not the case. I paid Groupon the $20 for my said $40 value voucher, which then led me to Blooms Todays website and there I choose a $75.00 flower arrangement which said 50% off ($35.00) next to the flower arrangement. So I figured $35.00? Thats a steal for a said $75.00 arrangement. I thought heck yea....$35.00 plus 5.00 for the vase=$40.00, deduct the $20.00 I already paid on Groupon... leaves me with a $20.00 balance. On 3/5/2019 order flowers at bye 9 am for same day delivery and never showed up. My order number was 99671662!!! Talked to the someone with Bloomstoday and they was no help and the only thing she wanted to do was refund my money back. I will never used Bloomstoday again and I want everyone to know they don't care .

My dad and I ordered the flowers in the first picture for my mom's birthday from Blooms Today. We even paid extra for the large bouquet. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! The flowers she received were NOTHING like what we ordered for her. We had to pay for the vase, and we didn't get the same vase we paid for. When my mom received the flowers she noticed that some of them were dying. The flowers are an embarrassment! The bouquet wasn't full, the bow was wrapped around a plastic stick with a twist tie.
