Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The service technician that came out, was very friendly and professional.
Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and ordered the parts.
Installation scheduled for tomorrow, as parts will be here today.
A totally enjoyable experience.

I must commend CHW on the timeliness and quality of service for my pool request. CHW sent Skyline pool service to assist. They were able to quickly and efficiently fix the problems. Thankful.
Service person was very polite and informative. The service order was handled very quickly.
The only thing I would like to know is what he believes the problem is with the A/C.
If there were a way to leave a NEGATIVE rating I would do so. Took over a month to get them to assign an AC tech to my claim. The temps in my area are hiring 100+. It's now been 6 weeks and they are still not accepting the techs report so still no AC. The tech was FANTASTIC just not Choice. Now in the middle of the AC issue our septic started over flowing. I have the extra coverage for septic. Took them 2 weeks to get a tech out here, once again the tech was great. I was quoted $2500 for the pumping and repairs... Choice is allowing $250. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE IDIOTS! Getting a new company that'll hopefully do the right thing.

Took longer then expected to find a technician. Technician didn't know my system but turned out well. He was patient and figured it out. Sadly, after 4 days the problem returned.
I'm not sure yet but I enjoyed talking to John and he was really helpful.. hopefully this will be helpful and you will stand by your commitment to cover the cost.. thank you
Your representative was punctual, knowledgeable, and well informed. He assured me the problem will be corrected shortly. He was a very nice, customer friendly man.
