If you have an issue with Complete Care Home Warranty (CCHW), which is a service contract provider headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, then file a formal complaint with the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS). DFS licenses and supervises service contracts under NY Statute 7901 through 7913. Under 7903, service contract companies are supposed to register. This "company" is a total sham. They try to get you to sign up for multiple years up front (which costs a ton) promising a prorated refund if you cancel. Their phone numbers, emails, and even website have since been deleted. I filed multiple complaints and disputed everything with my credit card company and they came back and recharged me again. I hope we all get our money back and whatever agency responsible for fraud shuts this down.

I have a n umber of policies with Complete Care Home Warranty llc, This has been the worse experience I have ever had within industry. I own several properties and transferred 1 to a new owner ( had a issue with them on that one) The sales person talked me into buying several policies. I cancelled 2 policies and was promised my refunds on several occasions in vain. In my opinion stay clear of these people stick with a company that has a rated reputation. I will continue to fight until my monies are returned. Anyone that wants verification of my claims are welcome to inquire

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm beginning to think it's a scam. I had a covered AC claim this past May that hasn't been paid. The contractor came out timely and did quality work at a fair price. He has called several times trying to get paid. Nobody returns his calls. Same for me. There has been no explanation for why my claim hasn't been paid. I think they have blocked my phone number because I can’t get through. I have also notified them to cancel my policy. Worst customer service, call to file a claim on 8/28/2022 for A/C. It is 9/6/2022 nobody has call to schedule appointment. I called them back twice all they said sorry we will send note to our dispatch. Temperature over 100 degrees last week, they don’t care.. If I could rate them a negative star I would give them negative 10.

AC went off in Phoenix AZ in August 2022. House was 95 inside. no tech was ever notified. I called one and it would be a minimum of another week to get repair approved, etc. Very disappointed!!! They do not work weekends and are located on east coast.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST...WILL NOT PAY TO FIX ANYTHING...I HAD A $1500 BILL FOR MY AIR COND UNIT...HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH FAILURE...AND LEAKED ALL FREON OUT...THEY COULD NOT EVEN GET A SERVICE MAN TO COME ...I GOT THE SERVICE MAN AND GOT MY UNIT FIXED...I HAD A CLAIM NUMBER FROM THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD ONLY PAY FOR THE PART..$300 BECAUSE THE FREON LEAK WAS A SUBSEQUENT FAILURE AND NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH DO NOT EVER USE THE COMPANY...I PAID $1400 FOR THREE YEARS GROSS ERROR..IF I CANCEL THEY DEDUCT EVERY THING THEY PAID FOR YOUR REPAIRS...THEY ARE CROOKS..SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

This company should be an "F"! They are elusive and complete scam artisist that DO NOT BACK their service! They require you to pay for services not required and in the end, they don't even cover the problem and make up their own rules to what they cover. I purchased a one year policy when I bought my home in October 2021. They then offered me an upgrade that for an extra $1600 (Total of $2250), I could have complete coverage for 5 years and my deductible would be $45. I wish I could give them no stars. When you call them for a repair I was told it's 24-48 hours to get someone to repair anything in your home. For example, I called on Saturday because my toilet because a pipe burst I was told that they are not an emergency warranty. I received a phone on Thursday I was told because I had problems with the second toilet I needed to show proof that it was fixed. I should have never paid in advance for a year.

The company lies and lies and tries to not pay claims. I would AVOID this company at all costs. I have filed a claim with NY Attorney General's office. They claim to have professional tor repair what is covered. I have a leaky hot water line to my bathroom sink. THEY DO NOT HAVE PLUMBERS WHO WILL WORK WITH THEM. They want you to call around to find a plumber as they don't have any and will reimburse you of which they don't. They are impossible and frustrating to deal with. If you can settle, which is frustrating, then they want to cancel your contract and sign a release form. BEWARE DEALING WITH THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We have placed 3 claims with this company .Only 1 has been resolved .First one was on the refrigerator and we had to pay out of pocket for the repair and was told all would be covered but the $45 dollar service fee we spent $289 out of pocket and are now in dispute over the refund as they only want to pay back $140. The second claim was on the ac and still have had no-one out to see the unit.. the 3rd was our water heater and that is the only one resolved .. We was told to pay out of pocket for the ac and we would be reimbursed ..LMAO i don't think so as we still haven't been paid for the fridge

This company is not even worthy of a 1 star rating. They work hard to be the very worst there is. They will first deny a claim, then give you a name of a service company to call that will only show up if you guarantee payment yourself. Then if they can talk a service company into doing business with them, they only show up every 7 - 10 days, all the while your appliance is not working. Their repair and replace guarantee is completely bogus as well as their money back guarantee. Their sales reps lie about nearly everything and then deny ever having stated anything. I would give this company a zero star if it were an option.

I caklled on Sunday June 27, 2021 and filed aclaim. Garage Door Opener. Claim was denied before sending a tech out to inspect. this is the only claim I have made. LOUSEY customer service. I would not recommed them at all.

This is a terrible company. Customer Service is terrible. When I bought my policy I was treated so nice by the salesman. I bought my policy in August of 2020. My first claim to them was with our pipes leaking in our basement, a plumbing issue. They went through the fact that they are not an emergency company, and that it could take up to 48 hours for them to locate someone in their network, and when they were to find someone, they would send the information to me so that I could call the repair company and set up a time for them to come out to fix the problem. I would not recommend complete care home warranty. When it come to honoring the claims, they come up with exceptions and make it diffcult to pay for the repairs. Even the contractor started asking for more money as they compalin that the insurance company will not pay for this and that. Also note that when you can cancel the policy there is a cancellation charge of $50. Thank god I did not sign up for three years the salesperson pushed me really hard so dont fall into that trap. Not a good personal experience for me.

responded and finally Complete Care told us to find someone which we did and we would fill out a form to get reimbursed but to not to work until its authorized or we would not get paid. The tech called in what the issue was a week ago today and my husband and I have called multiple times a day to find out if we got authorization.
