Regency Total Warranty offers two plans: EssentialGuard and Total Guard. EssentialGuard is its most barebones offering, providing coverage for your home's plumbing, electrical and water heater systems, as well as most kitchen appliances (except the refrigerator). EssentialGuard also covers ductwork, garage door opener and ceiling and exhaust fans.

TotalGuard covers everything EssentialGuard covers, adding coverage for air conditioning, heating, refrigerators, clothes washers and clothes dryers. Optional added coverage for pools, sump pumps, septic systems and other appliances and systems are available for both plans upon request.
