Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

So far I'm extremely disappointed in select home warranty. It's been over a week and my washer machine is still broken. Every time I contact them I'm told 24-48 hours. They just gave me the option to fix it myself and get reimbursed in 30 days. What's the point of a warranty if I have to do it myself. I strongly discourage anyone from using these fuckers!

This has been the worst company we have ever worked with. We would advise others to not sign up with this company. We waited for results on our a/c for 3 months. Now when we needed a new heater, they have reimbursed us $150.00 towards repair or replacement of our current unit. Unheard off!! signed a disappointed customer. Just filed a claim as my oven isn't working. It took less than 5 minutes to provide the information requested. Received a confirmation email almost instantly. Said an authorized repair person would be contacting me in 24-48 hours. So far, exactly as it should be

This policy is horrible. They came out and diagnosed my AC unit as needed a new motor in Nov. 3 months later I still don't have a resolution because the tech that came to my house isn't responding to Select Home Warranty with their diagnosis. Waste of money. My friend that referred me said all I had to do was call and file a claim- this was not my experience. Total pain in the butt.
