Latest Dice.com Reviews
We entered into a 12-month contract with Dice for recruiting needs. Buried in the fine print of the contract was language stating the contract would auto-renew if we didn't inform them of our wish to cancel at least 90 days prior to the contract expiring. We found 0 suitable candidates during our time with Dice and told them of our wish to cancel when we got our 30-day "renewal reminder." They informed us cancelling would be impossible per the contract and we've been going back and forth with them and their collections agency (who has threatened to ruin our credit among other things) ever since. The way they operate is sneaky and predatory - stay far, far away.
We did a year contract and since didn't receive a single resume generated by our ads that the Dice rep helped me to create, I chose not to renew. They are now trying to force us to pay for the cancelled contract by intimidation and nuisance calling, emailing and texting. I am seriously very displeased with them, and my advice is to stay away.
Totally fraud company , do not trust , only money making. Do not believe in their words

Worst job site I have ever had the misfortune of using.
I have several issues with Dice.com. 1) The "Forgot Password" link does not send an e-mail. To reset my password I had to email tech support, and it took several weeks to hear from them. 2) Upon logging in I was unable to view my profile to update it, the information in it was from 2018 (it's 2021 at the time I'm writing this). No big deal I thought, must be a system issue and I should try back in a few hours. 3) I cannot log back in to try to update my profile again. While there are a lot of jobs posted here that I would like to look at and apply for (they come in in other searches), I cannot access their page to apply for them. Beyond frustrating and not worth it to use this... Read More
