FlatRate provides one of the more robust lists of services for local, interstate, and international moves among the agencies we evaluate. The agency is able to accommodate residential, corporate, and military clients. Although the company does not offer auto transport, they do provide logistics planning, protection & crating, and art-moving. Costs are based on the client’s inventory, job complexity & mileage. Factors that can affect the price include the number, fragility and size of items and the distance traveled to complete the move. FlatRate also offers the ability to track shipments.

I was not happy with services of FlatRate. I used FLATRATE to move in December, 2020. I provided FLATRATE well in advance of, permitted move -out and move -in hours, respectively. At last minute, FlatRate did not want to respect Building’s move out/ in rules. Especially for move/ in. I must have had to go thru Approximately 20 emails in order for FLATRATE to honor buildings move- in rules. It was unnecessarily time consuming and frustrating. Additionally, I paid extra for packing and Unpacking services, both of which were Performed in a non professional manner and incomplete.
