Latest Robinhood Markets Reviews
Customer support horrible. Want you to use Chat and in past hour was transferred to three (3) different people with no results. Still waiting for call to resolve issue
I have only been using it for a month but don’t have any major complaints. It’s very easy to start using immediately and understand the basics. I don’t like waiting days for money to clear but they use instant deposit to let you start immediately.
it takes 5 business days for your money to be transfered from ones account to robin hood account , robinhood holds the fund for three extra days after money has left your account , why ? think about that . will definitely be moving my stocks to another vendor
Whenever the stock market is down and try to buy , they sell it higher than it shows
Robinhood has provided terrible customer service since my account has been hacked and they a fraud account specialist allowed the hacker back into my account!
Main Complaint:
1) There is no telephone number to call and take forever to call you back. Even when fraud is involved. Very very disappointed!!
Robinhood requires new members to take a pic of their social security cars and send it to them. I feel this is totally unnecessary. Other trading companies such as E-Trade do not require that of new members. I feel like Robinhood wants us to trust them, but doesn't trust us about who we are and what our social security number is. Additionally there is NO two way communications from their web site. They talk to you, but you can't talk with them. No company I want to do business with
Since Robinhood is an electronic brokerage firm, it has an excellent online and mobile platform with plenty of tools and resources to help clients make smart and educated investment decisions. The company offers three types of self-directed accounts to choose from: Robinhood Instant, Robinhood Gold, and Robinhood Cash.
Robinhood is a member of the SIPC, which means that all securities in clients’ accounts are protected up to $500,000, and the company offers customer support via email. So, all things considered, Robinhood could be a great option for aspiring investors who are tech-savvy and looking to set foot in the investment world without paying the steep price of traditional brokerage firms.
