Calmerry is a subscription-based online therapy provider that matches users with mental health professionals licensed to practice individual and couples psychotherapy. The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Washington.

CONTACT METHODS / EASE OF USE

Calmerry is one of the most user-friendly online therapy platforms we’ve seen, offering a simple way to get started and, most importantly, accessibility from virtually any device. With Calmerry, you can make video calls or send text messages to your online therapist using a tablet, PC, laptop, or mobile phone with a stable Internet connection.

To get started, you must answer a few questions regarding the help you need. This is a brief questionnaire and only takes 3 minutes to complete. Then, you choose your subscription plan (there are three options available). Afterwards, you will be matched with a counselor that suits you. On average, you’ll be assigned your counselor 24 hours after subscribing. Finally, you can begin your therapy sessions via text or live video.

You can feel confident that all your conversations will be kept private, as they are carried out in a secure, HIPAA-compliant therapy space to keep them completely confidential.

If you need any help from Calmerry, you should know that they offer 24/7 support.
