Worst company ever! Don't waste your money! They do not perform their job well. They overcharge for the bare minimum and then when you need them they say the situation is not covered. Go local!

STAY AWAY FROM EHRLICH I paid $153.98 for service, never received anything. I scheduled for an inspection on 4/2/24, stayed home 5 hours waiting for technician who never called and never arrived. Rescheduled for 4/23/24, again waited 5 hours for technician who never called and never arrived. On 4/24 I cancelled the service and requested a refund for my payment. I was told that Ehrlich does not give refunds and my case would be reviewed, to call back in 2 weeks. I called back 5/10/24 and was again told that Erlich does not give refunds, although they did acknowledge taking my money . I have contacted the BBB and want to help others avoid losing money to this company .

Worst company ever, they make appointments and then don't call or show up. You call and they have no clue what is going on. Leave call for management and they do not return your call.

I called Ehrlich for a bat problem in my attic. The representative, David DeMaria, was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to look at the possible problem and offered reasonable solutions, including taking pictures of the outside of the house to determine the possible entry point. At no time did he try to sell me something, but rather looked for a solution. This is an ethical company doing business the right way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently I was horrified to discover a long thin snake in my bedroom. I called Erlich and my technician came as soon as possible, given I wasn’t scheduled. But he arrived in an hour and carefully and safely captured and released this snake into a nearby rock and greenery setting. I was so grateful for his assistance because I needed HELP and Erlich came through for me. I have a yearly contract with Erlich for the typical pests control and I am extremely satisfied with their thorough service.

Chris Nelson, Ian Branson, and Matt McMahon have all provided excellent service over the years. I am very happy with their impeccable customer service, both as service specialists and for Chris and Ian in their current roles as Account Executive and Operations Manager. All 3 of them have provided us with great service and I would highly recommend Ehrlich's services thanks to these three fantastic employees.

Used them for 3 years after they purchased Hoban Pest Control. Never had a problem with Hoban for 21 years. Within the 3 years after their purchase the professionalism, punctuality and customer care became terrible. We canceled our service with them and have went elsewhere. It has become very apparent that customer care is not high on their list of priorities, all they care about is the bottom line. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this organization.

Tyler, Al, and Rod of the Tampa office of Ehrlich Pest Control have been thorough and timely in helping us at the self storage property where I work in management. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and have helped educate us on rodent behavior and suggested and used good products to help us rid our property of an episode of rodents.

I have had a bad experiences with this company since enrolling for their services. 1. Upon signing contract, I was told someone will contact me to obtain my payment information and confirm details. A month had passed and no one contacted me. I had to reach out to them to only be told someone will call me back. Two weeks went by no one called. 2. When it was time for payment, someone called me to get payment information and to set up appointment. 3. A technician showed to my home without me being notified of the appointment date, we had to reschedule because I had other arrangements for that day. 4. Tony is always so nice when he comes and I really appreciate that he calls ahead of time to let me know he is on his way so I can put our dogs in our bedroom without chaos. This is less stressful on our babies as we have adopted a new rescue who was abused and suffers from extreme anxiety. When Tony arrives our home is peaceful with no chaos in trying to calm our babies and get them to where they can feel safe as well as the safety for Tony. The last tech did a great job! He is familiar with the house, and knows where the mice will likely come in, now that it is getting colder. Since the last treatment, I have heard no noises of little feet in the ceiling. Thank you for your skill, care, and professionalism. All are appreciated.

We have a very competent and courteous technician, Mark, who does a great job identifying problems with pests in our home. He takes the appropriate actions to resolve these problems quickly. It comes down to the personnel that make the company shine. Erlich is lucky to someone like Mark. We have had bad experiences with others.
