Smart Window Savings collects consumers’ information, including their names, zipcodes, phone numbers and emails, to track down service providers within their areas. The website consists of a web form that, once filled, is supposed to list the company’s contractors and a free estimate from each. However, we did not get listings for providers or estimates for their services after filling out the webform, which is the only service Smart Window Savings claims to offer.

Window Types

The company website does not feature any information regarding the types of windows its partners currently work with. It only mentions that Energy Star-certified windows save on energy bills. And because Smart Window Savings did not provide us with a list of its partners, we couldn’t look them up individually to find out the type of window replacement or repair projects they take on.

Pricing

Unfortunately, the company’s website does not provide information about how much its contractors charge for installing or replacing windows. As we did not receive estimates for the services provided by Smart Window Saving’s partnering companies, we cannot gauge if they offer competitive prices.

Consumer Experience

There are currently no online reviews within third-party consumer review websites like Trustpilot for Smart Window Savings’ services. The company is not accredited or rated by the Better Business Bureau. Its owning company, Lead Flux,  is also not accredited by the BBB  but it has received an A rating from the organization.

The company website has some definite shortcomings. For one, it only features the estimate tool web form. It has no webpages dedicated to FAQs, contact methods, information about its contract, or any other relevant information to potential customers looking to replace or repair their windows.
