Listen to the comments, not the review above. This is an expensive, terrible solution that will cost hundreds of dollars and provide nothing in return. Many other better, cheaper options, just google royalty free stock footage or photos.

This has been the worst experience with a company. I signed up for a free trial and ended up not being able to cancel without a fee unless I stayed for 6 months. Don't sign up with them.

Don't do it. Adobe used to be a great company, but now they are in the business of ripping people off. They will charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel your subscription before the year is over and they will also remove all unused credit if you decide to cancel. For me the cost of cancelling was $176 + 56 image credit. Learn from my experience and don't make the same mistake. I am hoping that another developer will step up and challenge Adobe's monopoly on graphic design so that I don't have to continue contributing to their scheme.

While using adobe stock for a few years now it was great until for some reason it was not taking the payment update and when i tried to get in contact with them they keep redirecting to other people that couldnt help. after a while they cancelled the subscription and I lost over 50 image downloads that they will not give me back even though I tried on many occasions to fix the issue. Now I wasted a lot of money that they wont give back or even just give me back my downloads. seriously the service was a total waste of money.

Please heed the comments! They will charge you month to month but it is an ANNUAL lock on your account. Didn't know Adobe were scam artists - I would have left them a long time ago. I cancelled my card so those bastards can't get my money. Don't underestimate what I'll do to keep my $30.

Agree with others reviews! Early cancellation fee is not clearly spelled out. An honestly what companies have early cancellation fees. Terrible customer service!

I didn't cancel my subscription because I was in a car accident and I didn't even remember I did it. I accepted that I was stuck in this hostage situation where I would be penalized for canceling. However, I am low on funds as I'm recovering from my accident and I discovered that even though you pay the monthly subscription, they take them from you if you are late on the next month. I have 60 credits that I cannot use even though I've paid for them. It is a scam. It takes advantage of small business owners by taking your money and returning nothing. I paid for the service for 12 months, after my subscription expired aromatically I lost the right to licence new images, I had over 87 images paid for that I have not been able to use. I contacted customer services and they were utterly useless.

Credits you've already pay for cease to exist as soon as you cancel. subscription is yearly. Adobe bought this service from dollarphotoclub, and jacked up the price 300% and made credits expire contributing nothing except added shareholder value. Avoid rent seeking Adobe whenever possible! Use another stock image service!

Good images, poor plan. Very expensive and you don't actually get to keep those 10 stock images per month. Total rip off, buyer beware. And then cancel your plan and get charged 2 months cancellation fee WTF! Stay away unless you like throwing your money away!

Requires a credit card number up front for a free trial, and two different staff members told me two different time periods for how long the free trial would last before I was billed. When I pointed out to one staff member that it was inconsistent with what the listed policies and another staff member had said, he disconnected the support chat. Anything that's "free" and requires upfront payment should be treated as suspect.

Good images BUT even if you have 60 downloads available and want to cancel until you use them and restart your subscription, you lose ALL OF THEM if you cancel, even though you paid for those downloads, it feels like a total rip off and not in the interest of the consumer.

Horrible. Im sorry I ever signed up. Subscriptions are on auto renew, and there are no refunds. I'm not sure how this differs from theft. Their images suck and you only get 3 of them for a little less than 50 dollars. They're professional scammers and I advocate you stay far away from them.

The so called "free trial" is a scam. You will get locked into a contract that you will have to pay to cancel. I just made a $144 donation to these scammers to cancel. If you want to get locked into a year-long contract, go ahead. If you want an actually free trial, go somewhere else. I agree. Not worth the money or the trouble.

I'm a business owner myself and value honesty and transparency. I originally had an account with dollar photo club. Adobe stock photo bought them out so my account rolled over into Adobe. It was explained to us we would be going from $9.99 to $29.99 and we could cancel anytime. Okay fine... but what wasn't explained was you go into a 1-year contract and if you want to cancel you have to pay a hefty cancellation fee. I just tried to cancel as I am no longer using the service, (frankly you can get better stock photos on royalty free sites) and was told I would have to pay $101.00 to cancel my account.
