It's been 20 days since I signed up for bluehost and my website is still not running properly. This is such an unethical company. The customer service takes days to complete even the smallest task and there are dozens of steps to get your site running. Who knows how much business I've lost over the past sever weeks. Now my domain is locked and I'm stuck with them for at least 60 days. This has been a nightmare experience.

Avoid Bluehost like the plague. I purchased three years of hosting from Bluehost at their extremely high renewal rate. Before the first year was over, their server went down for TWO WEEKS and took my website down with it. I can't let Bluehost do that to me again, so I had no other choice than to switch to a more reliable provider. Because the server failure happened after the 30 day return period, Bluehost kept SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS of my money.
