You can schedule a telemedicine appointment with MD Exam through its patient portal on the company's website. Medicine will or will not be prescribed based on your BMI and medical history. 

Pricing

MD Exam is based on a subscription program starting at $225 a month. This includes telemedicine visits, nutrition and exercise training and medication. The company's initial consultation fee is $50 and if you are not approved, the fee is 100% refundable. After being approved for a treatment, the medication will be shipped to the location of your choice once a month. MD Exam ships to all 50 states out of Miami, Florida.
