you are a terrible company. made me pay for a full night when I cancelled. your policy is the day before which I found out. most people who cancel do not know they are cancelling until the day of. I will never book a hotel through you again when all other hotel chains have a very lenient policy of up to 6pm day of.

what a hassle.. don't bother with this,, at least hotels.com gives you credit for nights stayed and doesn't keep "losing" my information ,, to avoid giving me points.. pretty sucky..

Wyndham rewards is not as good program as it looks like. to earn Maximum points per nights you cant stay at low budget hotels. it does not give you points for every night because there stay definition is where they try not to give you points. despite staying 15 days at one hotel during last visit I ended up getting 7000 points. while on the same hotel entrance it said 1000 points per night. what a joke!

I am very upset with your company. I am a member of Wyndham Rewards. I have not been getting my points for my last three stays. I called your contact number to speak to someone about this and all I got was a Salesman trying to sell me something where he kept saying I was going to get $100 in free merchandise or something. I told him I wasn't interested I just needed to speak to someone in customer service after the third time I refuse to listen to his sales pitch he hung up on me. I believe I will be going with a different company and staying at different hotels.

Hello, My husband tried to redeem the 39,000 points that he accumulated in booking many hotels room with Wyndham resorts for him and his coworkers. We were told that our access code was wrong and that the name didn't match the name on the program that he began in August. They denied him the points! We were on the phone for over an hour and were told that the hotels made some kind of mistake and we needed to call every hotel he booked rooms at and get the "receipts" in order to make a claim in order to use the points. This is next to impossible as he's booked rooms all over Virginia. All of this is despite the fact that he gets monthly emails from Wyndham rewards tallying his points... Read More

I attempted to create an online account to access my rewards. At the request of the website I had to call customer service to set up the account. They asked for my information and upon giving my information they explained my address was wrong and insisted it was a different one. I assured them my address has been the same for 18 years and somehow the address must has been messed up. The representative said there was nothing they could do!! Insisting I was in the wrong. Eventually after going back and fourth, I grew more frustrated and he told me to gather information about my last stay and call back. I called back and explained the situation again to the new rep. who told me the same... Read More

This is not a good program for retired couples. If one spouse books the room and the membership is in the other spouse's name, they give you no credit for your 9 night 40th wedding anniversary trip. The Lack of Customer Service rep says "unfortunately, this is our policy." I got the impression that many members are not with their spouses! We will be avoiding all Wyndham properties on our 30 day road trip. "Unfortunately, this is our policy."

My two cents, it isn’t worth a lot, but from someone who is experienced in traveling, hotels, and customer service, it is something. I recently had a negative experience with a participating Wyndham Hotel. I contacted the site the next day and shared my experience. Within 24 hours I was rewarded with a substantial number of bonus points and a sincere apology from Tammy G. with the Wyndham Rewards Diamond Concierge Program. THAT, ladies and gentlemen is what you call Customer Service. Thank you Windham, for turning my positive into a negative.

Please check their website before biting their promotion. It might be already canceled "due to overwhelming demand", especially if they partner with somebody else. I had this situation with VISA Checkout. They bombard my email box with the same proposal every other day yet when something is canceled you need to dig their website in order to get the information. You wait 6-8 weeks for your points to discover "they cannot honor the promotion "

I am absolutely furious with Wyndham at this point. I've been in a 4 day long email battle with them and can't get a single answer. All I get are prewritten responses in promos or my status. I have been a member for a little over 5yrs now and they off nothing for that loyalty. I travel for work with a group of 6 other guys and I have all of them using the wyndham app now. But after the headache I've had trying to get answers I'm switching my company to choice hotels. Maybe they'll actually appreciate their customers.
