Quicken Loans Mortgage Refinance review
It's been almost 2 months since I started my refinance with Quicken loans. I have spoken with Gustavo, Preston, Bob, Mark, Dennis, Leonor, plus others.
I get conflicting information from each representative. The process has been confusing and frustrating.
The app they require you to use leaves something to be desired.
Two weeks ago from writing this I was told that a simple conference call with my current mortgage servicer would clear up all the problems.
Since that call they have verified my employment a second time, and now they are 'attempting ' to verify my mortgage pay off (again, for the second time). I'm looking into canceling this and starting over with a different company. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. They totally screwed up my original mortgage. It went up $250 a month more than i signed for quickly. Nobody there could tell me why! Incompetence across the board there.
Having stressed financially due to this, i decided to refi and consolidate. There is not enough room on this page to Express how bad this has been AGAIN!
Lies, bait and switch, incompetence, lack of professionalism is just a few of many choice words for quicken.
Trust someone who is already been through their ridiculous ways, STAY AWAY!! BTW, jd power award is done by THEIR own data. Do not let this company fool you!

I was referred to Quicken Loans by my mother 4 years ago who received a credit on her mortgage for the new business. Fast, easy, non invasive. Love how seem less the process was. My rep was wonderful. Now we are moving from a 20 year to a 15 yr as the interest rates are low and it helps jump start our situation. I highly recommend Q. Loans. CB

I was referred by Quicken loans to one of their companies called OneReverseMortgage after filling out a loan application. OneReverseMortgage has found a way for me to payoff the remainder of my mortgage, pay off all my financial obligations, stay in my home and even leave my home to my loved ones when I pass. I thought bankruptcy was my only option. I lost my husband and managed my obligations until what was left of my husbands life insurance was exhausted. If you are struggling to make ends meet I would highly recommend Quicken Loans. They will help you find a way to financial freedom with a program that suits your needs. Not only that, their highly trained staff that I have encountered not only will help you through the loan process they are kind, caring and compassionate! They were very reassuring and made me confident from day one that what they suggested was the right option for me! I'm very grateful that I returned their phone call! These are two companies I highly recommend no matter what situation you are in!
