If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought an Insignia (Best Buy Brand) refrigerator and stupidly bought the extended geek squad warranty. The fridge is 6 months old - it broke - service came out 2 weeks ago& said they need a part and they would be back in a week. One week later they said the part was on backorder and they would let me know. Just got a text today saying the part "is supposed to be mailed in 3 weeks". I have callled BB about this to no avail - YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED - AND THEN THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE IT. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo mad with that company. Lord help me. I bought a fridge and on the first day she started making noise, I can not talk to any attendant, more than 1 hr waiting on the line and nothing, the guy who delivered broke my house door and left. He did not give me the installation kit that I paid for. Never buy anything in that store. Garbage.

Ordering the full suite of kitchen appliances in store went pretty quick and our Customer Service Jeremy W. rep at Pac Sales in Richfield, MN was great. Unfortunaly, that's where the great experience ends. Customer service from there on out has been horrible. The delivery guys showed up, and broke the plug on the range. Which then I was expected to call and to reschedule delivery. This process took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls. The fridge door was scratched in delivery by Geek Squad agents, and the plastic vent cover on bottom cracked. It took a MONTH to get our refrigerator repaired under warranty. I would not recommend purchasing extended warranty for a refrigerator because you NEED it fixed immediately, not 4 weeks later. There's no expedited service even though you're losing your food in the freezer and refrigerator. So save the $150 or whatever it costs for the warranty, and use that to pay your local appliance repair guy who could fix it faster.
