Overall Rating: 3.5 / 5 (Very good)

As a leading financial institution, Chase Bank offers reliable loan products as well as competitive interest rates for customers with good to excellent credit scores. Their estimated annual percentage rates for purchase and refinance loans are on par with industry standards, although actual rates will depend on the applicant's credit history, vehicle details, and the selected dealer's location. The company fails to offer a wealth of information about their loan products, yet clearly outlines applicant requirements on their webpage and allows customers to quickly compare quotes from dealers in their area. If you're a current Chase Bank customer and are looking to purchase or refinance a new or used vehicle, Chase Auto Loans may be a quick, convenient option.

Reputation - 3.5 / 5

Chase bank, registered under JP Morgan Chase & Co., holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau based on 97% negative customer reviews and over 2,000 complaints. Although such a high number of complaints is not unusual for an enterprise as large as Chase, the company does not seem invested in addressing customer feedback on this or other consumer review platforms. Chase is currently NOT doing any auto refinancing- since coronavirus they closed that department. I sure wish they would bring that back, I love my chase auto account, but I want a lower interest rate and I am sad that I am going to have to leave them!

I have an auto loan from JP Morgan Chase. In Jan I paid my car loan over the phone using their automated system. I inputted all my info & received a conformation #. Well as it turns out they don't take visa check cards over the phone & the conformation # they gave me didn't mean anything!!! Normally when you get a conformation # it's kinda like peace of mind your payment went through so there's no need to check your back account. So in Feb I call the same # to make my Feb payment & it says I owe for 2 months?? I was like WTF, hit a few buttons to talk to someone live. Once on the phone with a nice young lady she apologized & says her system Does Not take debit cards over the phone. She... Read More
