“Bath Wraps gets an A+ rating from the BBB.”
Uh, nah. Per the actual BBB website they aren’t even affiliated with the BBB.
There is a plethora of listings via Google search that show purported 5 star ratings. It’s quite easy to discern that these “reviews” are bogus. The rating agencies hosting these sites are not legit—-it’s all very poorly veiled advertising. Poor form.
Had a shower replaced with their product in 2011. In 2023, I found a crack in the shower base. I have called nearly 20 times in the past 2 months and there is no return calls or warranty repair scheduled. They don't even return my phone calls any longer. So much for the product lasting a lifetime. Looks great, but don't be fooled because you can't use for long.
