Additionally, they provide a pretty comprehensive 3-year warranty on all its products. As to the drawbacks, customer accounts of their experience with Blinds.com is mixed. There are more than 60 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau, claiming mixups in orders, poor quality products, and misinformation from customer service. They offer free shipping on all 48 contiguous states on most orders and provide a satisfaction and a SureFit™ guarantee. With the SureFit™ guarantee, if the blinds do not fit, they will take them back, make new ones and ship them for free, even if it was due to a customer mistake in measuring. I have contacted Blinds.com regarding an electric blinds that does not work properly - THEY DO NOT RESPOND. The product when it works is OK but not great. But now its stuck in the down position and it does not work. I doubt if they care but here my opinion. RETURN THE CALS MADE TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARMTNET.

Ordered two custom blinds for our dining room. One came with the wrong brackets to mount the blinds. I have emailed and called several times and have received two separate shipments of the wrong parts. Now they claim the color of the brackets cannot be matched due to manufacturing problems. I am still waiting for brackets that work, even if the color does not match. I had planned to replace at least seven more blinds in our house, but it certainly won't be from blinds.com

Blinds.com does an ok job of providing blinds at a reasonable price. However, they really flounder and stumble if there are issues with your order. I ordered 7 blinds in March and one was damaged when I received the shipment. The first reorder took 2-3 weeks to make it and 1 week to receive it and it did not match the original 6 already installed. So, the second reorder took 2-3 weeks to make it again and 1 week to receive it and it still did not match the original 6 already installed. So now the third reorder is still to be made and received. I'm still waiting for an answer about the blinds I ordered in MINK and arrived in TEAK. Sent pics along with color swatches they sent me. Even sent pic of shipping labels with MINK CODE at the end. We let them know right away, that was April 14th. Haven't heard a peep from them. Disappointing.

I did not participate in choosing the Faux Wood Blinds, but the SHODDY product, the terrible customer service & NO follow thru would prevent me from every recommending Blinds.com or using them again. We have blinds in our office that require raising and lowering (can't on the door as it flies off and hits everybody) and no longer on the windows - just open and close. The header/brace in frame bent out of shape as did the plastic clips holding together. After initial response from customer service requesting pictures and i just asked for plastic clips and ONE header that was bent and just pulls out bonking everybody on the head - to be replaced. would Cost NOTHING. never heard from... This company and my order have been a complete joke. The communication and customer service is also a joke, when you have to wait forever for someone to answer or call you back. I placed an order on January 20th, they charged my credit card on January 20th, said it would take 10 to 14 days to manufacture. Received an email on February 4th saying the order was shipped, still have not received it or had any communication with the company or the shipper. Tried to call to find out info, could not get a hold of anyone. Checked the status of my order at their web, said the order is still being made. The blinds were great...look great, fit great, not too difficult to install. We did have 3 issues. First, when we ordered it said they would be delivered Dec 17-21. They did not arrive until December 30. That’s a big difference from Dec 17-21! Second, they were delivered to a random house 3 miles from my home. The only reason I received them, is because the nice home owner that got my blinds, found my name and phone number on the box and called me to inform me they were delivered to his house.
