They offer free shipping on all 48 contiguous states on most orders and provide a satisfaction and a SureFit™ guarantee. With the SureFit™ guarantee, if the blinds do not fit, they will take them back, make new ones and ship them for free, even if it was due to a customer mistake in measuring. I love my blinds. My husband measured and I went room by room and ordered. I had 17 windows in all and the order was perfect. Easy to order, customer service was stellar, and I had my order in a matter of days. Now the negative review. The pull cord comes with a breakaway, which Im fairly certain is for child safety, but what an absolute nightmare. I'm super gluing the breakaway chord to the chord. I have breakaway chords everywhere. Now in the large scheme of quality, this shouldn't matter, but it does. If the breakaway cord isn't attached to the cord, the cord can be very hard to reach. If it doesn't stay attached, they're likely to be lost. If I would've known of this issue... Read More

Horrible customer service. I ordered 10 highly expensive custom blinds. Two of them were delivered on time. Remaining order shipping date kept changing. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. 30 minutes wait every time. They have a no return policy, unknown date shipping policy and take no responsibility policy. Spend few extra dollars if you have to and keep them away.

Regaurding my $300+ order, blinds.com sent the WRONG hardware. They must have nuerous complaints as calling Customer Service gives you a rercording. Customers are askes to leave a call back number with the assurance a rep will phone in excess of 30 min. But they DO NOT do so. As the hardware is specific to the product, one can't purchase them at the local hardware store. Until blind.com fixes their error thw blinds are useless. On going efforts to reach them continue to be futile.

I purchased what was described as "wood" blinds and paid extra for real wood vs faux wood. The blinds are crap - made NOT of wood but some sort of composite + plastic. I've tried to call the "customer service" numerous times, different days, different times, and they are not available due to some excuse. I am totally dissatisfied with the blinds and want a refund...just try to reach someone there. DO NOT buy from this company.

Blinds.com used to be a good place to get blinds. I have many of their blinds in my home, but recently I tried to order a blind and they were totally incompetent. First, I order a top down bottom up blind, but they sent me a string pull blind. I was annoyed but thought I’d deal with it. In addition, however, they did NOT provide hardware! I called and they said one of their employees had forgotten to confirm. The Order with the hardware supplier. It took them 10 days to get the package from them, but when I opened the box they only sent handles! So I spent a couple hundred dollars for nothing! Really bad service! The company must be falling apart!

We have been on a order since January 2024. And still no blinds. NO one can get the order right. NO one will call you if a issue arises. You have to call and wait on hold or for a return call. Then no resolve. BLINDS.COM does not offer refunds. Only remake of something they can't provide. I can't wait until this Blinds.com nightmare is done. I have spoken to William, Felicia, Allegra and others I can't remember. You can not call them only the 1-800 number since it is on a recorded line. I just don't understand how others have had excellent service and we have had crampy service. Please choose another blind company... or do without which I am ready to do

Not sure yet. But I received no order confirmation. There is more than 1/2 wait on phone and they do not accept email inquiries. So......... We'll see by the end the day. CC said order went through, but I'm going to need my confirmation information today or I will be take my large order elsewhere.

(1) I ordered 2 vertical blinds on 7 December 2023, order #13114752; they shipped 14 December - so no problem there. (2) Estimated delivery by 27 December (2 weeks in transit) - but the truck line took just under 5 weeks (33 days) to move these 2 blinds from TX to FL (a 3-day drive)! (3) Online tracking was useless - on both the blinds.com and truck line websites - no current info was ever uploaded. Blinds.com offered NO help to track the blinds or speed their delivery. They said the trucking industry is in chaos (way behind), and that they had no leverage over the truck line so it was between me and the truck line. Ordered blinds for my new house. Out of 10 windows 9 were wrong size (measured by their installer) and/or product. Two months later no replacement. Keep getting runaround and replacement orders keep getting cancelled. Considering legal action
