See below for the details on the pay-per-minute plans and the most basic unlimited plan, the Base Unlimited Plan. The other two unlimited plans have the following perks:
a) Plus Unlimited Plan - For $37.99 per month (but lowered to $32.99 monthly if customers pay on an annual basis), customers get unlimited monthly minutes and user extensions, 2 local or toll-free numbers, 10,000 SMS messages, 500 bonus minutes (for extensions added that are not subject to an unlimited plan), premium hold music, one free automated voicemail to text transcription, plus all the features included in the Base Unlimited Plan.
b) Pro Unlimited Plan - This is their most comprehensive plan. It is $59.99 per month (or $49.99 per month if customers choose to pay an annual lump sum) for unlimited minutes and user extensions, 3 local or toll-free numbers, 20,000 SMS messages, 1,000 bonus minutes (for added extensions that do not have unlimited monthly minutes), call analytics, HD video conferencing, three free automated voicemail to text transcriptions, and everything included in the Plus Unlimited Plan.
The types of available user extensions in all plans are virtual (free), mobile (using the app), IP phone (desk phone), and Communicator (computer app). Adding certain types of user extensions may carry an extra charge. Bonus minutes per month may be used at user's discretion and for new user extensions that do not have the benefit of unlimited minutes.
