Cost

The most expensive service is the Premium package, which costs $299. The Standard package is the mid-level option for $149. The most affordable is the Basic package for just $49. 

Customers can also include specific services not found in their packages for an additional price. For example, a custom LLC operating agreement has an individual cost of $35 and obtaining a federal tax ID is $70. 

Further, customers with the Basic or Standard packages can request express filing or FedEx shipping for an additional fee.

All these services also come with state fees that go directly to the Secretary of State and are not levied by Swyft Filing. Every state has its own charges for incorporating new businesses. For example, Indiana has a $30 fee for a nonprofit and $90 for an LLC, while Nevada’s is $100 for a nonprofit and $425 for an LLC. Again, customers are encouraged to verify their state’s fees before proceeding.

DBA preparation and filing starts at $99 plus state filing fees, registered agent services begin at $149, and 501(c)(3) applications are $495 plus the IRS fee.
