Free pick-up service is available at non-airport locations during regular business hours. Clients can schedule pick up time or make arrangements by calling a local rental office near their area. To ensure that pick-up time is guaranteed, clients must confirm their rental with the office at least an hour before their scheduled pick-up time. All pick-ups are provided from non-airport locations which is within 10 miles of the client’s current location.

They can also view, modify, or cancel their current reservation online by submitting their name and confirmation number. Enterprise also lets their clients print their receipt by providing the information needed to access their rental receipt. All receipts are available online for a duration of 6 months which begins 48 hours after returning the vehicle.

Enterprise Plus is a loyalty program given to customers allowing them to earn points and rewards for every booking. Points acquired never expire as long as they are an active member with at least one qualified rental every three years. Clients can redeem their accumulated points for free rental days. Rewards are categorized into Plus, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
