We used COIT air duct services 1 1/2 years ago. At the time of service, we had a horrific experience. A technician fell through the attic, leaving a hole in ceiling and a huge mess. They pressure washed the metal vents in the driveway, leaving marks on the driveway, and they spilled an entire bottle of air freshener/fragrance on the hard wood floors. Lastly, we had mold return in our air ducts. We hired another company to help us, and they discovered that COIT used the wrong type of airducts. I've never disliked a company as much as I dislike COIT.
I had COIT clean my bathroom stall. My grand daughter died her hair in the stall, and
the dye got into the grout, COIT got it looking better than new,
