The Moto e4 Plus is Motorola's 4th edition of the Moto e smartphone. This Android device has an easy-to-use touchscreen and is water resistant. Senior citizens can use the phone to access the internet, and schedule reminders. Users can enable vocal prompts to guide them through various phone functions. The phone's long-lasting battery can hold a charge for up to two days. Although the phone is not pre-programmed with GPS tracking and emergency alert, seniors can add those and other helpful features using third-party apps from the Android app store. Some online consumer reviews of the Motorola company as a whole complain about the company's customer service, lack of tech support, and its responsiveness to warranty claims. The company does, however, have an overall high rating from the Better Business Bureau.
