They offer unlimited talk and text 30-day single-line plans starting at $25 a month, with unlimited internet speeds starting at $50 a month. You can cancel anytime, but the company makes month to month costs cheaper for those who enable automatic re-billing, driving the minimum cost down to $23.75 and $45 a month, respectively.

The company is list as an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau, holding an A+ rating and having closed 283 complaints in the last three years. However, the company holds an 1.5 rating on Trustpilot, with most complaints finding the customer service lacking and fluctuating signal issues.

All in all, Simple Mobile can be a good option for those looking for a hassle-free, no-thrills alternative to the traditional contract structure that a cell phone company provides. Although online reviews point out flaws in their infrastructure that might be a red flag to some, their costs are among the cheapest in the business and their plans mean you can try out the service and opt out if it doesn’t live up to your expectations.
