REVE Chat is an intelligent, comprehensive platform for customer service departments offering live chat, voice chat, video chat, and messaging through Facebook and Viber.
With chatbots, artificial intelligence handles the bulk of interactions with the customer. The software is programed to respond as naturally as possible and to learn from past interactions. Live chat, on the other hand, relies mostly on human agents to engage customers. While more nuanced and responsive, it often requires a bigger investment of money and time.
REVE does a great job of combining AI elements, like canned responses and auto-triggered actions, with its human elements. The easy-to-read centralized interface and ability to route directly to the appropriate department makes the process much quicker than your average live chat service. Additionally, like many chatbot services, it provides detailed analytical reports to its agents, with personal information and web usage information about visitors. It also proactively engages customers, which has been proven to increase conversion rates.
REVE is supported by almost every operating system including Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS, Linux, Web browsers, Windows 2000, and Windows 8. It can also be integrated with many major third-party apps, including SalesForce, WordPress, and Shopify.
Artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities
REVE mostly relies on human agents to do the customer interaction, but it does provide certain Artificial Intelligence features.
It gives the administrator the ability to save and use "canned responses" that it can use repeatedly, which is extremely helpful when it comes to frequently asked questions. With its auto-trigger feature, the program will send automatic chat invitations to website visitors after a certain period of time has passed, a type of proactive communication that has been shown to increase conversion rates.
Administrative platform
The easy-to-use dashboard allows administrators to monitor several chats at once and sends a chat transcript to their email automatically. And, since REVE can be integrated into multiple websites (depending on the price plan), it also gives the ability to monitor customer engagement from each of the websites from one centralized location.
Another helpful feature is REVE’s mobile app which lets users monitor live chats and interact with visitors even out of the office. REVE also shines on its analytical reporting. Its reports include visitor’s geographic location, IP address, pages they have viewed, previous page visits. Furthermore, statistics are provided in a clear format. The advanced reporting features will break down interactions by agent, by department, date, and more. It will also let administrators filter by chat type (initiated by a visitor, initiated by the system, or as a missed opportunity).
