So because they held my ATM check deposit of $20,000.00, for work and services I provided for a month out of my pocket, lolz over a month i couldn't pay my rent. My phone bills and credit cards are unpaid I'm now in a lot of debt and I my wife and 2 children under 4 are living in our truck.

You have been warned - NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE. DO you know they have a business banking policy that says if fraud / theft committed on your business banking and you do not bring it to their attention in 24 hours - you are out of luck! Yes it is true. Anyone can rob you and Capital One will not do a thing to help. In addition, there is no way to call anyone except through Costa Rica and those people will tell you $1000 doesn't to Americans because to us it is not a lot of money. They do not care, they do not want to help and in fact make things even more difficult after they allow your money to be stolen. My attorneys will will big and they will pay but in the meantime, I... I have kept my Captial One 360 Account for less than a year. When you call Customer Service they are not well-trained & had to talk to a manager several times. Then, the managers were so rude. They gave the impression they want everything digital so they don't have to talk to any customers.
