I placed an order for contacts on 9/13/24. A Couple of days later, I'm getting automated generated emails saying my contacts were out of stock. I call them and Customer Service says they are behind with orders. Since my type of contacts are made to order, they wouldn't get to them until the middle of October. What?! Then, after my order was cancelled per my request, she tells me I will get the refund on about 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!

If you're used to fast and easy service from ACLens.com, you will not receive the same from discount contacts. They took over a week to ship my expedited order, did not respond to my customer service inquiries through email, and it took me many times to reach a human on the phone for information about my order. In fact, the only way I was able to get a representative on the line was by choosing the option for assistance with making a purchase. They were nice and explained they are overwhelmed with new clients from ACLens...well that isn't acceptable to me. Shortly after ordering my contacts, I got an email that what I ordered was out of stock and would be delayed by 5 to 7 business days. However, when I called to check, it was going to take much longer. They were unwilling to change my order to boxes with a different quantity for the same price. I ASKED if it was too late to cancel, and the response I received was, “your order has been canceled. The email has been sent.” Customer service people were rude and not helpful. I would never trust this company to get your contacts to you in a timely fashion.

Do NOT order from this company!! My contacts were available to order and the coast as well as shipping rate/estimated delivery seemed reasonable. I compared with other sites and this seemed the most reasonable. Boy was I wrong. My card was charged immediately - the money wasn't just being held - it was removed from my account. So it appeared as though ordering was a success. Then I received an email stating there was a delay because the contacts were on back order from the manufacturer. I requested more details since they were listed on their website and I was already charged for the order. Never NEVER use this company. Even though my prescription was verified, because I wanted my contacts in colors, they would not fill it. They took my money in 2 minutes. It took them over a week to return it. Horrible, absolutely horrible.

Discount Contact Lenses cancelled my order, with no notification, and then told me they couldn't cancel my credit card charge and I would need to contact my bank. Total Scammers. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS SITE.

SCAM!!!! Horrible customer service. Very rude!! Took money out of my account after they told me they couldnt process my order. And then I was told I would be refunded my money in 3 to 5 business days. It's now day 7 and no money returned. And when I called yesterday to try and figure out why I never recieved my money back from them. All the rude women said on the phone was we released it back to your card so it must be your banks problem. When before I called I went through all my transactions and the money was taken out ,but never returned. I ordered my contact lenses 7/6/19. When I ordered I was given a delivery date of 7/16/19. Which was yesterday. The contact lenses still have not even shipped. I only have 4 days left of lenses. I would never have ordered from this site if I had known it was possible for me to not get my lenses in time. I do not have glasses and only use contacts. I can not work or see much at all without them. This is a going to have a huge effect.

I paid $20 for next day shipping, and received an email a few days later stating that my prescription was verified and my contacts would ship in one business day. One business day later, I received the tracking number and fedex stated my contact would be delivered on Friday. I called and spoke with a representative and she was insensitive to the fact that the reason I paid $20 for next day shipping was because I needed them urgently. After she processed my refund, I informed her that they had lost a customer. Her response was "okay, thanks!" in a happy voice. No apology or anything. This company is a joke.
