The company currently carries contact lenses from leading brands such as Air Optix, FreshLook, Dailies, ProClear, BioTrue, SofLens and over 200,000 items ready to be shipped.

LensDirect is an online retailer of contact lenses and eye care solutions. It offers different types of contact lenses that includes daily, weekly, monthly, toric and theatrical lenses. LensDirect also sells specialty and seasonal contact lenses such as cat eye, scary and other theatrical effect lenses for different event purposes. 

LensDirect carries contact lens from Acuvue, FreshLook, Air Optix, CooperVision, SofLens, Biomedics, PureVision, ProClear, Focus, Bausch + Lomb, Biofinity and Dailies. It also sells multifocal, toric, vial, colored and clear contact lenses.  

Customers may sign up for LensDirect’s auto refill program.  This program automatically delivers your contacts at any interval you want to ensure you will never run out contact lenses. Customers receive $5 off on their first order and 5% off on every succeeding order.

LensDirect requires customers to present a valid contact lens prescription for every order. LensDirect also gives free standard shipping on all orders above $49.00.

Beware of Lensdirect, No lenses after a month, just numerous emails stating, "Slight delay" After some research, I noted 200+ complaints about this company, I filed a fraud claim with my bank resulting in a chargeback, this company is a scam...

Do not do business with this company. They have contradictory policies on their website, and they will not honor what is clearly stated. Their site clearly states: "My prescription just changed. Can I return or exchange? Although we do not accept returns on the lenses, we do stand by a complete satisfaction guarantee on all lenses. If, within the first 30 days of receiving the lenses, they are not working for you based on the prescription you provided, you will be responsible the shipping costs, and we will re-make the lenses correctly for you, at no charge. We do require a valid Rx from your eye care provider." Now they say I have to pay again to get them corrected.

Never again. It took them a month to ship my prescription lenses and when I received them, they were completely unwearable. When I asked for a refund, they refused and stated that it was my fault that my prescription caused the lenses to be so thick, even though I paid extra for high index lenses. At no point was there a QC or a call to notify me that they could not execute what I paid for and instead I was charged and not given a refund. Crappy service, crappy product, STAY AWAY.

BEWARE!! LensDirect.com screwed up my lenses and refused to refund me. I sent in TWO separate Rx for TWO separate frames. They filled 1 Rx in Both frames AND in the 2nd frame, they even screwed up the Right Eye lens! Had to take the glasses to my eye doctor who scanned them, and confirmed. When I called LensDirect, they acknowledged they'd messed up, but would only offer to re-do them (making me wait 2 weeks - re-sending my frames and HOPING they'd be right). No explanation of how they'd botched this easy job! Just expecting me to trust that this time, they'd get it right. I don't have time to, nor do I care to, trust them again! (quote) we do not work with metal frames without screws. I've given them the go-ahead to just pop out the lens as the frame is designed for, but that's not even open for discussion. The same has been done through brick-n-mortar shops; where's the risk if the customer has given the green light? The more frustrating part is the refusal to even have a conversation about what can be done for a win-win. This cannot be a company I can recommend for business.

I get it. LD has been fine for a lot of folks. When things start to go south though, it's a terrible company. It took nearly a month for me to received frames/lens from the time they received my order. They kept up with BS about "sorry" and "free shipping," but the truth is that they couldn't have cared less. When I did receive my frames back, they were bent. Again, terrible service. Never again.

They have sent me 25 plus emails. They have no idea what they are doing. They do not answer questions, listen to what I have to say. Tonight I am getting call from someone called Sean. It's 9:30 at night. He has called from a blocked number 8 times at least. I have tried everything I can to stop the calls and the text messages. He claims to be a supervisor. I have been told Supervisors do not work on weekends. Lies, lies, lies.......... I told him I wanted the home office phone number. He refused. Kept calling and texting. Something is terribly wrong with this company. I would run run run

This is the most unprofessional company I ever run into. I ordered a pair of lenses in August 2022. They shipped the right lenses THREE months later, and NEVER shipped the left lenses. They kept me waiting until I ended up canceling the rest of my order because I got my lenses from another provider. Horrible experience. A total waste of my time and a gamble with my healthcare.

I recently ordered a set of replacement lenses for my Maui Jim sun glasses. The lenses delivered were too small for the frames. I contacted lens direct for instructions on returning the lenses and was told by a Mr Oneil that they do not accept returns of the lens. I informed him that their web site clearly states they do accept returns within 30 days but to no avail. I strongly suggest you research their archaic return policy before buying anything from this company.

I ordered my lenses on 12/23/22 it is 2/4/23 still do not have my glasses back. I have called many many times a lot of excuses did not make any sense. I sent two pairs of glasses my wifes came back in 14 days. I marked the pupils on both glasses for some reason I could mark hers but not mine they called me a couple of weeks ago gave them a measurement of 60.9 she said ok we will make it 61 they lost my information. I told them it was filled out on line , then they found it and every time I called my glasses were being finished so I was told.
