Features

To start out you'll need to obtain copies of your credit reports from the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and submit them to Lexington Law. The company can help you obtain these when you sign up.

Then, there is an online "Dispute Valet" feature that lets you choose which negative items you would like to dispute. Lexington Law representatives are available to assist you in determining this throughout the entire process.

After completing the Dispute Valet service, Lexington Law will send disputes to the different credit bureaus, asking them to supply verified and accurate details about the negative items in question.

Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate disputes and supply you with results and an updated credit report. Upon receiving the report, clients are requested to send it to Lexington Law for evaluation and continue with the dispute process if it remains unresolved in your favor.

  • One simple monthly fee for all services, including communication with credit bureaus, verification requests, and unlimited disputes on questionable credit items
  • Non-confrontational intervention with a creditor for customers who are late with payments
  • For very late accounts, creditor intervention that requests full documentation of compliance with consumer protection statutes and credit reporting revisions

I’d like to preface with bad things happen to good people. I went through a terrible divorce after 25 years of marriage, and suffered a negative impact on my credit scores. I used Credit Karma to monitor the accuracy of my credit reports with the three main credit bureaus. Lexi and Lexington Law was recommended on Credit Karma‘s site. I assumed they would provide top-notch quality, especially since I was a premier plus customer for two years! Throughout this time, I received the same general notifications of disputes they were engaging in. There was no follow up despite how many times I called and requested to have documentation shown to me the letters made by Lexington Law to these... Read More

I am confused. In the Lexington Laws “Feature” paragraph literally everything listed I have already done, MANY TIMES, what exactly does this company do. In my case, my identity was stolen in 2010, those debts, obviously never paid (and The Secret Service arrested the perpetrators) yet year after year that stolen debt is bought over and over again by dirt bag debt buying companies instantly crashing my credit score back into the 300’s.. “We” do not need your company to give us lessons on how to fix credit issues. We need you to permanently FIX it so they do not keep repeating! What a joke.

They advertise discounts for multiple enrollments within the same household. I must have missed the fine print that it was only a one time discount and they charged the full amount to my bank account today leaving me with little money until payday....for an amount that is double the amount I thought it was. It would be very helpful if the "fine print" was in bold to help make a decision for the long term.
