HoneyBook comes in three tiers which can be billed monthly or yearly, with yearly billing offering two months free. The starter plan is $36 a month, the essentials plan is $59 a month and the premium plan is $129 a month. All plans include invoices and payments, proposals and contracts, a calendar and a client portal. The essentials plan also includes a scheduler, automations and QuickBooks online integration. In addition, premium includes everything else mentioned before while providing unlimited team-member access and live lead forms as well as priority support.
Reputation
HoneyBook currently holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, although the company is not accredited by the institution. All of the current reviews on the BBB website are currently negative, although HoneyBook has responded to most in order to resolve the issues. Most complaints revolve around frozen accounts or withheld funds by the company while they verified or denied some aspect of a financial transaction. All complaints on the company's profile have been resolved or answered.
