Bottom Dollar

It comes as a disappointment that Oracle’s CRM seems to fall short in terms of some productivity features. Its lack of a real work flow, content management and poor offline feature are just of the options that makes it a less than ideal solution for big businesses.  Overall, Oracle continues to be a solid answer for business searching for a dependable CRM system.

Formatting simply does not work when sending out responses to customers. What you see on your screen as you type your response, add bullet points, and adjust spacing, has no relationship to what actually gets sent. Bullets get moved around and indented randomly, spaces between paragraphs get randomly collapsed, all making you look like a moron with each response you send. They have a serious issue with formatting which extends to the Answers feature of their service. I do not recommend Oracle CRM Software for these reasons.
