The frozen food is horrible. Not only does it taste bad, but zero variety and portion sizes for a 5 year old. They sent a TON of bars that had 2 flavors. TEN frozen chili meals (so you better like chili) and a couple of meals of 2 other chicken somethings for 4 weeks. Strong taste of lemon in everything. I have followed and logged religiously for 2 weeks and have lost 4 pounds. So eating crap food and barely losing any weight for $400!

I did the South Beach Diet plan when it first came out a couple of decades ago. It was TERRIFIC. I saw this new food program by South Beach and while I was skeptical of frozen food, I thought I would try it because I've been so busy, not cooking was a welcomed idea for a while. What a mistake!!!! FOOD: I am horrified by the items they call "food". I wrote a lengthy and thoughtful email three-days into the South Beach Diet because of how disappointing and actually disgusting the three dinner meals I had were. Buyer be ware. you are not the customer. if you don't like the junk they force on you, pay 125.00 to stop doing business with them. Save your money and buy salad at the grocery store. you can not carry a freezer around with you to accommodate there whim's
