30 Day Return Policy: Retail Purchases made through the SportDOG™ Web Site or Customer Care Center. You will have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return items purchased through www.sportdog.com or the Customer Care Center. 

Within the first year from the original date of purchase, there is no cost to replace malfunctioning equipment. After one year from the original date of purchase, there is a non-refundable service charge to replace equipment. Replacement equipment comes with a 90 day warranty.
