Patients can access the service via an internet-connected device or mobile phone, but it does not have a proprietary app. This makes it a good option for people dealing with erectile dysfunction who could be feeling ashamed or afraid to talk about their condition.

The ED Prescription Service has a monthly cost of $75. The Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Anti Aging Peptide Therapy subscriptions both cost $75 per month as well.

The Household Plan costs $35 per month. The Telehealth Counseling Plan costs $49.25 per week and is billed monthly.

The website states that there is no contract and that customers can cancel at any time. However, it does not provide details for any other fees that may be applicable to the service or the cancellation of it. Some customers on Trustpilot reported that they did have to pay a cancellation fee when they tried to cancel their subscriptions.

Although the website affirms that the doctors participating in its network are board-certified, there is not much additional information regarding the vetting process or about each medical service professional.
