Founded in 2021, MangoRx is a digital platform offering telehealth services and specially-formulated products to men struggling with erectile dysfunction, hair loss or low testosterone.

The platform is owned and operated by Mangoceuticals, Inc., which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It currently offers services in 42 states.

Services and treatments

MangoRx offers consumers two different erectile dysfunction treatments formulated by the company, which differ only in their main active ingredient — Tadalafil (main ingredient in Cialis™) or Sildenafil (main ingredient in Viagra™). MangoRx’s formulas compound three different FDA-approved drugs into a rapid dissolving tablet, all of which the company claims play an important role in the medications’ effectiveness.

Sildenafil Mangos (50mg or 100mg)

Tadalafil Mangos (10 mg or 20mg)

MangoRx’s telehealth services for people grappling with the effects of erectile dysfunction include benefits such as access to prescriptions for ED medications and an online visit and profile review with one of MangoRx’s board-certified physicians. These services are not currently available in California, Wyoming, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Dakota or South Dakota.

Disclaimer: Although all three ingredients in each of MangoRx’s ED medications have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, the compound itself is not currently FDA-approved.

Pricing

Pricing for erectile dysfunction treatments from MangoRx starts at $12.50 per tablet. Both the Tadalafil and Sildenafil Mangos treatments can be purchased in packs of three, six, twelve and eighteen pills. Regardless of the medication and dosage recommended by MangoRx’s physicians, the packs are priced as follows:

  • Curious (3-pack): $37.50

  • Cool (6-pack): $75.00

  • Confident (12-pack): $150.00

  • Cocky (18-pack): $225.00

Orders are discreetly shipped and individually packaged. If for some reason the assigned physician doesn’t believe it appropriate to prescribe MangoRx’s erectile dysfunction medications, the customer will be notified and the order canceled and refunded.

Company reputation

Mangoceuticals is not currently registered under or rated by the Better Business Bureau. We couldn’t find a company profile for MangoRx either. However, the company does have a Crunchbase page detailing its financials and other important information, and stating that its product line expansion and recent feature in a prominent media outlet could indicate company growth.

Customer experience

We could not find any customer reviews for the Mango ED treatments, nor for the company’s hair loss and hormone therapy treatments. There is an active profile for MangoRx on Trustpilot, but it is currently unclaimed and features no consumer reviews. Moreover, as the company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau, we could not verify any complaints or active alerts for its services or products.
