Pricing

Patients can choose between two subscription plans: individual and family. The Individual plan costs $99 per month, while the Family Plan carries a $178 per month price tag. The family plan covers the individual and a spouse or partner. Any additional family you want to add costs extra.

Neither plan has additional fees or co-pays and they can be cancelled at any time during the first 30 days of the subscription.
