Globe Life Customer Experience

Customer Experience - 5 / 5

Globe Life has a reasonably good reputation for customer service. Although the company has several complaints with the BBB, the majority of them have been answered or resolved by representatives, thus giving Globe Life an A+ grade with the organization. The company has a mediocre Trust Pilot rating, but this is based only one isolated complaint. Since Globe Life has approximately 4.2 million current policyholders, having just one Trust Pilot complaint is actually evidence of superior customer satisfaction.

Globe Life, however, does have a complaint ratio with the NAIC that is higher than the national average. However, its complaint ratio for 2019 was 3.14, down considerably from its ratio in 2018 and possibly indicative of improved customer service.
