Viva Roses offers a wide selection of farm-fresh, eco-friendly roses for different kinds of occasions and events. They provide a variety of roses from their Signature and Cotopaxi collections. Viva Roses products and services are available through the online e-commerce platform Shopify Inc.

Services and Features

Viva Roses offers a variety of farm-fresh roses. The company store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which enables them to sell their products online. They have two types of collections for consumers to choose from: Signature and Cotopaxi. Cotopaxi collections are arranged rose bouquets, packed in a gift box, handtied, and shipped straight from a family farm to the recipient’s address. Their Signature collection contains premium luxury roses grown by a master grower on a special plot of mineral rich soil. The Signature collection is placed in individual water vials and packed in a gift box.

The company has a referral program that lets consumers receive 2 dozen free roses for every 2 friends they refer. Consumers can also get a $50 credit for each two friends they've referred, once they make a purchase at Viva Roses.

In cases when a customer is unsatisfied with the products or quality of service, they can contact Viva Roses via email so that the company can replace the roses, though replacement requests must be done within 3 days of delivery. If a customer wants a refund, they must submit a photo of the bouquet taken and delivered to Viva Roses through their contact form within 72 hours of delivery.

NO response from customer service after a week of sending emails about an order that was never even started, which I placed a month in advance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company, they have proven to be incompetent

The WORST Florist Ever. If I could give VivaRoses 0 stars I would. How they have 4 and a half stars is beyond me?!? Hey VivaRoses you had one job! Literally. Delivery was 2 days late for my friends birthday, and the roses were in awful shape. 🥀 Absolutely Terrible. Good luck with customer service as it appears to be nonexistent, with form reply email that goes nowhere. Save yourself the trouble you’ll get better roses in the grocery store.

Horrible experience. Flowers were not only delivery dead but also smashed & all of them steams were broken! I have sent 4 emails to customer service this week & messaged them on Instagram. They are completely ignoring my messages. Complete waste of money! They don’t deserve the 1/2 star that I was forced to give.

Their black roses are nice, it's too bad their customer support is a bunch of liars and flakes who never follow through on what they promise so that the customer can get the flowers delivered on the date for when their partner will be in town. Change the delivery date? "We can do that!" They did not do that. Refund me for the error? No, but we can send you a second order for free on the date you wanted!" They did not do that, either, and then stopped replying to any emails I sent about it, like the class act they are. So save yourself some frustration. Order elsewhere.

Please I beg you do not waste your time or effort with VivaRoses,my girlfriend never got her roses on her Bday and I never received a single email from them.They don’t give a damn about their customers and it was apparent from the very first day. Please please please don’t waste your time or money with these people.

MY FATHER PAST AWAY 2 YEARS AGO, SO I ALWAYS DO SOMETHING NICE FOR MY MOM TO CELEBRATE THEIR ANNIVERSARY, I CAME ACROSS #VIVAROSES WEBSITE, I ORDERED 50 BLUE ROSES, (THEIR FAVORITE COLOR) THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM 💖💖💖💖

Unfortunately I will NOT be purchasing from Viva Roses again. I made a purchase for blue roses meant for delivery to a Sacramento hotel where I was celebrating an anniversary. Apparently I got the delivery date wrong and requested the 19th instead of the 12th. I contacted customer support on the 12th whereby they informed me of the delivery date. I asked them to change the delivery address since I would obviously not be at that hotel location. I have not heard from them since as I assume they don't care if I will be receiving their flowers or not. I gave them almost a week's notice to adjust the delivery address. It seems I will have to dispute the charges as my only recourse.

I ordered blue roses on August 18 for delivery to me at a hotel in Oshkosh, WI, on August 29. They did not arrive. They were for an event that evening so I had buy another bouquet. The roses showed up the next morning, after I had already checked out of the hotel. They had 11 days to get those roses to me and failed. Ever since, I have been emailing an send messages via Messenger and getting no response. I would like a refund but I guess they will just ignore me. I find their customer service horrendous and I sure won't be using them again. No where on the order page where you select the delivery date does it say "plus or minus a day or two"!
