Keeps sells finasteride (generic Propecia®) and minoxidil (generic Rogaine®). Finasteride works on the hairline, crown, and vertex, and has been proven to reduce hair loss and even stop it altogether. Minoxidil is a topical treatment that helps grow thicker, longer hair. It is applied twice a day to the scalp and works best for the crown and vertex regions of the head. Both Propecia® and Rogaine® may cause side-effects, although these are rare and generally mild.
