REVE does a great job of combining AI elements, like canned responses and auto-triggered actions, with its human elements. The easy-to-read centralized interface and ability to route directly to the appropriate department makes the process much quicker than your average live chat service.

Additionally, like many chatbot services, it provides detailed analytical reports to its agents, with personal information and web usage information about visitors. It also proactively engages customers, which has been proven to increase conversion rates. In addition to the wide variety of tools it provides, REVE has also garnered mostly positive reviews from its users, making it an excellent choice in the live chat field.
