Cocoon provides mattresses in a box that are shipped and delivered to the customer's door. The mattresses regain original shape and size once they are removed from the box. The company's mattresses are made of multiple layers of memory foam with top cover of poly fiber, all of which are certified safe by Certi-PUR. Cocoon by Sealy mattresses are available in various sizes, ranging from twin to California King, in soft or firm. Customers receive a 100-night trial and all mattresses have 10-year warranties. Shipping is free of charge and customer service is available seven days a week. The company received an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau and had great reviews on its social media platforms. There were few online complaints, mostly regarding warranty concerns of the parent company, Tempur-Sealy, not Cocoon by Sealy's products directly.
